Grand Rathasaptami Celebrations Held in Tirupati

Tirumala, known as the Vaikuntha of Kali Yuga, witnessed grand Rathasaptami celebrations, with around 2.50 lakh devotees attending the sacred event, according to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Executive Officer Shyamala Rao. He stated that the festivities were conducted successfully.

To ensure devotees’ comfort amid the scorching heat, TTD made elaborate arrangements along the temple streets, and visitors expressed their satisfaction with the facilities. Those outside the main gallery were able to witness the Vahana Seva through LED screens installed by TTD.

EO Shyamala Rao also informed that uninterrupted free food distribution (Anna Prasadam) was provided to devotees throughout the celebrations, from the beginning of the rituals until the conclusion of the Vahana Seva.
