Ambati leads capital farmers' delegation to Anna Hazare

New Delhi, Feb 24, 2015: YSR Congress Party spokesman Ambati Rambabu led a delegation of AP capital city farmers to social activist Anna Hazare in Delhi today and represented their problems to him. Rambabu and the farmers met Anna Hazare at his Deeksha camp. The delegation complained to him that the AP Government has been doing injustice to the farmers by forcibly taking away their fertile lands for meager amounts. The YSRCP has arranged an exhibition with the images of various crops of the capital region at the Deeksha camp. Ambati said 2000 acres land is enough for building capital city but the Government is planning to indulge in real estate business with the rest of the land. Ambati has revealed that well known social activist Medha Patkar will visit the AP Capital city region in the first week of March and meet farmers to know their problems.
