Ahead of trust vote, Bihar CM Manjhi quits

Patna, Feb 20, 2015: Ahead of the trust vote, Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has resigned fearing defeat in the assembly. He has called on the Governor and submitted his resignation. This was revealed to reporters here by Brajesh Mehrotra, Principal Secretary to Governor. Reports said minutes before the joint session of the Bihar assembly and Council was about to begin, Manjhi drove to the Raj Bhavan and put in his papers.
