AP awards temporary capital project to Hyd firm

Hyderabad, Feb 7: Andhra Pradesh government is believed to have awarded the contract to a Hyderabad-based firm to prepare a master plan for the temporary capital in the state. The Hyderabad-based firm, Satya Vani Project and Consultants Pvt ltd (SVPCPL), is headed by P Surya Prakash. He is a post graduate in MS structures from IIT Madras. The firm was established in 1994. The AP government has given three weeks to the agency to submit a master plan with details of the drawings of the buildings to be set up in the temporary capital, sources said. Once the firm submits the plans, INCAP will then invite tenders for the construction of the temporary capital, the sources said.
