Payyavula acting as extra constitutional authority :Visweswara Reddy

Anantapuram, Feb 4, 2015: YSR Congress Uravakonda MLA Y.Visweswara Reddy on Wednesday charged TDP government with foisting false cases against political rivals. Speaking to news persons here, he said TDP leader Payyavula Keshav has become an extra-constitutional authority in Uravakonda and is dictating terms to officials. Keshav is still unable to digest his defeat in the last elections, he said , adding that he is controlling the police department in the town and ordering false cases against YSRCP activists. "Our party men are being implicated unnecessarily in several cases," he said, warning that police must stop playing into the hands of TDP leaders.
