APHEC files petition in HC challenging freeze of bank accounts

Hyderabad, Feb 3, 2015: The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad will on Tuesday hear a petition filed by AP Higher Education Council challenging the freeze of its SBH accounts by the bank management. The petition has sought the removal of the freeze of its accounts so that the bank accounts could be operated normally. It may be recalled that the SBH management had frozen the AP Higher Education Council's accounts and deposits in its branches on the instructions of the Telangana government.
