Baahubali leak: Arrested person is software engineer; produced in court

Hyderabad, Jan 31: The person who has been arrested in connection with the Baahubali movie's 12-minute footage leaking case has been identified as a software engineer named Verma, according to Central Crime Station police here today. Police disclosed that Verma had been produced in the court hereon Saturday. Police said Verma had uploaded the footage into his laptop and took it to his house. From there, he is reported to have mailed the link of the footage to several other persons. "Weather Verma acted alone or leaked the footage at the behest of some body else is now being investigated. Following which, more arrests would be done," a senior police official said. Telugu film director Rajamouli had yesterday lodged a complained to the CCS here over the leaking of his film.
