Actor Suman files cheque bounce case against Gunasekhar

Hyderabad, Jan 29, 2015: Tollywood actor Suman has filed a cheque bounce case against well known film director Gunasekhar in the Nampally court here on Thursday. Suman filed the case through his lawyer after a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh given to him by Gunasekhar for acting in 'Rudrama Devi' movie had bounced when presented for collection. Suman told a TV channel that, after the check was bounced, he had tried to contact Gunasekhar, producer and director of the movie, but he was not accessible. "I had no alternative except for filing the case," he said when asked to comment on the issue. The court, which has recorded Suman's statement, will now serve notices to Gunasekhar.
