Jagan visits sea-ingress eroded beach in Visakha
Visakha, Jan 27, 2015: YSR Congress party president and Leader of the Opposition Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday visited the beach area eroded by sea ingress a few days ago here. Jagan Mohan Reddy told reporters that beach erosion has been taking place frequently due to the anti-environmental steps and asked the government to take the issue very seriously. "In some countries, head grain break water technology is used to stop beach erosion and the AP Government also should implement such technology to prevent the frequent erosion here," he said, adding that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu should know about the technology as he is visiting several countries.
