EC sends notice to Kejriwal
New Delhi, Jan 20: The Election Commission Tuesday sent notice to AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal to explain his comments by Thursday, for asking people to take bribe for voting. It may be recalled that the Congress party had complained to the Election Commission soon after Kejriwal had told Delhi voter that it is fine for them to take money from Bharatiya Janata Party, but they should vote for AAP during the oncoming elections to the legislative assembly elections in Delhi. The EC had then said it will look into the news videos that covered the event where the AAP leader had made such statements.
