Actress Anjali devi's statue unveiled at Peddapuram
Peddapuram ( EG District), Jan 19, 2015: Late Tollywood actress Anjali Devi's statue was unveiled at her native village Peddapuram of East Godavari district on Monday. Anjali Devi's son Chenna Rao unveiled the statue as the entire village turned up for the program. Nagaraju and Subrahmanyam, who donned the roles of Lava and Kusa in Anjali Devi's master piece 'Lava Kusa' also attended the unveiling ceremony. The veteran actress, who acted in hundreds of films, passed away last year in Chennai.
