Hyderabad,Jan 16, 2015: Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhara Rao's brother's daughter Ramya has joined Congress here on Friday. A known bete-noire of KCR, Ramya took the membership of Congress in the presence of Telangana PCC President Ponnala Lakshmaiah. Speaking on the occasion, Ramya has said that KCR had changed his stance on Ramoji Film City. "It all seems to be the family rule of KCR in the state. If he doesn't keep his promises, people will teach him a fitting lesson soon, " she said.
