IAS officer Ratna Prabha gets relief in SC in Indutech case
New Delhi, Jan 8, 2015: The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed a special leave petition ( SLP ) filed by CBI against senior IAS officer Ratna Prabha. The AP High Court had earlier set aside a charge sheet filed by CBI in the Nampally special CBI court against her in Indutech case. CBI had approached the Supreme Court challenging the High Court decision. The apex court's decision came as big relief for Ratna Prabha who has repeatedly said she was not involved in any manner in land allotments to Indutech.
