S.P. Balu to officiate as brand ambassador for Swachh Bharat
Hyderabad, Jan 4, 2015: Veteran play back singer S.P. Balasubrahmanyam will officiate as the brand ambassador for the Swachh Bharat program initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Union Urban Development Ministry has written to Balasubrahmanyam seeking his services as brand ambassador for the program. The singer received the letter from the Centre this morning to this effect. Prime Minster Narendra Modi launched the Swachh Bharat mission on Oct 2 last and invited several prominent personalities including cine heroes and other celebrities to take part in the program.
