3 died on spot in a ghastly road accident

Ongole, October 14: Three people died on the spot in a ghastly road accident that took place in Ongole on Friday morning. The deceased were identified as Pawan Kumar, Srinu and Paramesh of Ongole.
 
According to police, all the three were returning to Ongole from Chennai, Tamil Nadu and the car in which they were travelling hit a lorry from behind in the early hours of Friday. The mishap took place while they were 10 minutes away from their house. Police said the high speed and driver dousing off might caused the accident.
 
Police shifted the bodies to RIMS in Ongole for postmortem.
