Telangana BJP gets shocker from Election Commission of India

Hyderabad, August 11: The Election Commission of India did not give approval for the Telangana BJP to launch door-to-door campaign ‘Salu Dora – Selavu Dora’ against Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR). The EC directed the BJP not to use posters with KCR photo. Despite the TRS did not raise objection, the poll body said that such campaign amounts to violation of law.
 
Already, the BJP launched an exclusive website for campaign against KCR. During BJP’s national executive committee meeting held in Hyderabad in July 2022, huge flexis have come up on hoardings criticising Modi-led NDA government. Even, the BJP launched a flexi war against the TRS.
 
Now, the BJP wants to take campaign war to every door highlighting corruption in the TRS rule so that saffron party wants to come to power in the next term.
