ABVP activists block TS Ministers'convoy
Karimnagar, Dec 30, 2014: Akhila Bharateeya Vidyarthi Parishat ( ABVP ) activists tried to block the convoy of Telangana ministers KTR and Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy at Sirisilla in Karimnagar district on Tuesday. The protesters were demanding immediate release of funds for fee reimbursement in the district. As hundreds of protesters squatted on the road blocking the ministers' convoy, police had intervened and laticharged the agitators to disperse them. The police have arrested top leaders of the ABVP for staging the protest.
