Raghubar Das takes oath as Jharkhand CM

Ranchi, Dec 28, 2014: Veteran BJP leader Raghubar Das on Sunday took oath as Jharkhand's 10th chief minister, the first non-tribal to occupy the post. Governor Syed Ahmad administered the oath of office and secrecy to Raghubar Das at a simple ceremony. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah were expected to attend the ceremony but they could not make it as their plane could not take off due to the presence of heavy layer of fog in Delhi.
