Bandi Sanjay reacts to Eatala’s meeting with Amit Shah
Hyderabad, June 20: When a reporter asked about BJP MLA Eatala Rajender's meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi, Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay here on Monday said that any leader in the BJP can meet other top leaders.
“Ours is not like KCR party. Telangana BJP leaders can interact with national leaders by taking an appointment,” he said and advised the media not to telecast reports with distorted views.
Eatala’s meeting with Amit Shah came as a surprise to many Telangana BJP leaders as they don’t know about his visit to national capital. Sources said that Amit Shah assured him a key post so that he can play vital role in Telangana.
Most likely, he may be made as BJP’s Telangana working president, according to his followers. The BJP is of the view Rajender is the right politician to counter TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.
