R.K. Roja meets Y.S. Vijayamma after becoming minister, seeks her blessings

Hyderabad, May 3: R.K. Roja met YSRCP honorary president Y.S. Vijayamma here for the first time after she became Tourism and Culture Minister in Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Cabinet. As soon as Roja entered Lotus Pond, Vijayamma welcomed her. 
 
When Roja was about to touch her feet, Vijayamma told her not do so as she is minister. Both of them exchanged usual pleasantries. Vijayamma blessed Roja and wished her to reach great heights in politics.
 
A few days ago, Roja also met Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and megastar Chiranjeevi in Hyderabad. Speaking to the media, Roja said that KCR is like a fatherly figure to her and met after taking charge as minister and took his blessings. Even, Chiranjeevi also wished her all the best. Roja is two-time MLA and currently representing Nagari Assembly constituency. Earlier, she served as chairperson for the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC).
