Pawan to do a straight film with Santosh Srinivas!

Pawan Kalyan’s recent release is ‘Katamarayudu’. That is the remake of a successful Tamil film ‘Veeram’. Though the Tamil original was a super hit movie, the Telugu version turned out to be a disaster. Now, the Power Star is doing a film in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. After this movie, Pawan Kalyan reportedly committed to do a movie with a Tamil director Nesan to be produced by AM Ratnam. That film is said to be a remake again and the Tamil original movie is ‘Vedalam’. This was already revealed by the film makers.

Besides the film, the Power Star is reportedly doing another movie in the direction of Santosh Srinivas of ‘Hyper’-fame. This Hyper movie with Ram and Raasi Khanna in the lead role had bumped at the Box Office some time ago. However, Pawan Kalyan has decided give him a chance. Earlier, it was claimed that Pawan’s movie in the direction of Santosh Srinivas is also a remake. It was rumoured that it will be the remake of ‘Theri’ in which Vijay played the lead role.  The same film was also dubbed and released in Telugu as ‘Polisodu’.

However, the director had refuted this claim and said that he had penned a story exclusively for Pawan Kalyan and he wrote the story keeping the hero’s image in view. It is also learnt that Pawan Kalyan reportedly impressed with the script too. Mythri Movie Makers are bringing out the film in a prestigious manner.
