Ganta plays down clash with Ayyanna, row reaches Chandrababu's ears

Visakhapatnam, Nov 15: Andhra Pradesh HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao here on Saturday tried to play down the clash between him and the Panchayati Raj Minister Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu on the issue of the transfer of two RDOs in the district. Stating that transfers were administrative issues, Srinivasa Rao said there was no need to make a big issue out of it. He claimed he did not hear any legislator commenting on the Minister Patrudu. Some MLAs had met him yesterday to discuss on the issue of transfers of MPDOs. However, transfers of RDOs were not discussed, he claimed. Asked to clarify on the DSC notification, Srinivasa Rao said AP was awaiting a reply from the Central Government on the issue of considering B.Ed. graduates for SGT posts. According to latest reports from the Secretariat in Hyderabad, officials in the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) have apprised CM N Chandrababu Naidu on the row between the two minister. Following which, Chandrababu is reported to be closet with Deputy Chief Minister Revenna and K I Krishnamurthy to discuss the issue.
