After Janatha Garage, there were several speculations about Samantha's next but nothing was confirmed. Finally, Samantha's next movie details were out now.
As per the reports, she is going to do the remake of Kannada thriller 'U Turn' in Telugu and Tamil. The film's original director Pawan Kumar himself going to direct the both version remakes. The regular shooting of this film will commence soon.
Meanwhile, there were reports that makers of Ram Charan - Sukumar project are trying to consider Samantha after Anupama backed out from the project but there is no official confirmation yet. Currently, Samantha is working for two Tamil movies Aneethi Kathaigal starring Vijay Sethupati in the lead role and Vishal's Irumbu Thirai.
