'Keshava' is a student from Rajahmundry, who has been suffering from a rare heart disorder. Instead of left side, his heart is on the right side of the chest. This problem makes him extremely susceptible to anxiety and stress. Due to this Keshava can't bare any kind of stress and tense.
But in this revenge drama, Keshava will be seen on a mission of killing a number of people but without getting tense and angry.
In 'Surya vs Surya' also he performed a unique character which has a rare disorder of extremely vulnerable from getting exposed to sunlight.
