AP CM Suffers From Alzheimers: KVP
Hyderabad: Congress RajyaSabha MP KVP Ramachandra Rao slammed AP CM Chandrababu Naidu for taking the undue credit over 'Polavaram Project'.
He demanded AP CM to publish a detailed 'White Paper' on the progress, expenditure of 'Polavaram'.
He told that AP CM has been suffering from 'Alzheimers Disease' and now it is is in advance stage. He made a jibe that AP CM is in need of urgent medical care. (Alzheimer's is a physical disease which affects the person's memory)
KVP said TDP and Chandrababu haven't contributed in the progress of Polavaram, instead they tried to stall the project through many means. He questioned AP CM that why didn't he take necessary measures to complete the Polavaram since 1983.
KVP recalled that 1cr signature campaign of Congress party for 'Special Category Status' has been started from Polavaram itself. He ridiculed AP CM claims and criticized that in the past 3 years Chandra Babu could obtain just Rs.1800cr from NABARD.
He fiercely criticized the attempts of converting the name of 'Indira Sagar Polavaram' into 'Polavaram'. He appealed AP CM not to distract the facts of the history.
KVP released a letter with all the necessary details and contribution of Congress and YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
