Dhruva 1st day collections

Mega power star Ram Charan's Dhruva which released yesterday opened up with a positive response from audience and critics. The film registered decent collections on 1st day at AP/TS box office. The film minted Nizam - 3.26 crores, ceeded -2.07 crores, Vizag -1.32 crores, Guntur - 1.08 crores, West Godavari - 90 lakhs, East Godavari - 85 lakhs, Nellore - 41 lakhs, Krishna - 68 lakhs. The Total day 1 collections of Dhruva at AP/TS box office is 10.57 crores. The movie minted $223 k from premieres in the USA. Thus the film has good openings at the box office on day 1 of its release. However, Demonetisation effect is clearly seen in the film's collections because the movie was supposed to mint above 15crores easily from Ap/TS box office on the 1st day but it only minted 10.57 crores. Even Ram Charan's Bruce lee minted 12.7 crores on the 1st day of its release, so we can clearly understand the effect of Demonetisation on the film. The collections were steady on the 2nd day and as the talk is super positive, if the film maintains a steady run for 2 weeks then it can easily reach its pre-release business of 57.5 crores worldwide.
