Jio Effect? Airtel Offers Free Voice Calls Across India

December 8, 2016: To meet the challenge posed by Reliance Jio, today telecom tycoon Airtel has announced new offers with free voice calls and 4G data. With a Rs 345 tariff Airtel prepaid customers can make unlimited free calls to any network across India and additional 1GB of 4G data for a period of 28 days. Under Rs 145 plan users can make unlimited free voice calls within Airtel network across the country and 300 MB of 4G data for a period of 28days. Ajai Puri, Director, MO, Bharati Airtel said "This is a new initiative from Airtel, more innovative bundle offers will be announced soon to our customers to provide maximum value backed by a great network experience."
