YS Jagan's 5 Page Open Letter To CM CBN

Hyderabad,December 3,2016: In his 5 page open letter YSR Congress party supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made a fierce criticism on AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu. In his open letter he criticised that Chief Minister's misrule has pushed the people to sell away their lands in order to pay for their education and health. He also pointed out that for implementation of health scheme experts estimated Rs.910.77 cr budget allocation. But government has allocated only Rs.529.23 cr. According to the budget presented in March, the scheme has already posses the liabilities of Rs.395.69 cr. YS Jagan also referred that network hospitals under ‘NTR Aaroyga Seva’ were denying treatment to enrolled patients citing that they haven't paid for the past 6 to 9 months. He demanded the immediate intervention of the government to address the mounting concerns about the government's health scheme and warned that if government failed to take definitive action they would stage protest at all the District Collectorates on December 9.
