CM KCR reviews Hyd Metro Rail project
Hyderabad: CM KCR reviewed the on going HMR(Hyderabad Metro Rail) works and guided the construction agency to complete the project by August 2018. In the review meeting CM promised that his government will provide all the necessary administrative support to complete the project as per the scheduled. Bad condition of city roads coupled with traffic problem resulting the pathetic civic condition in Hyderabad.Keeping in view of this problem TS Govt mulling to finish the Metro Rail project as soon as possible. In first phase a stretch of 72km comprising of 66 stations is actually scheduled to be complete by July 2017. It is heard that L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) is striving hard to finish the first phase by December 2018. If things go well 'Niz'(mascot of HMR) will take its ride by December 2018.
