Bihar MLA visits Assembly in Shorts and Vest
Patna: Binay Bihari BJP MLA from Lauria in West Champaran district today arrived to Bihar Assembly in Shorts and vest in order to register his displeasure and protest against the uninterrupted delay in the construction of Bettiah-Manuappa road. But he failed to enter into the house citing the violation of Assembly 'shishtachar'. He immediately staged dharna in the lawns. LOP Prem Kumar raised the MLA's entry denial in the house and requested Speaker Vijay Kumar to allow Mr.Binay. But speaker rejected the request citing the violation of Assembly etiquette. MLA Binay told to the reporters that he will continue this attire as a protest.
