RSS's Govindacharya seeks compensation for demonetization 'victims'

Senior RSS leader KN Govindacharya expressed his displeasure over the implementation of demonetization plan. He has sent a legal notice to Shaktikanta Das, secretary of the Department of Economic Affairs over the shoddy arrangements. He asked government to pay compensation for all the demonetization victims who have died sofar. This veteran leader criticized Modi's government for collapsing the economy and termed the implementation as 'monumental failure'. He asked to pay the compensation within next three days. He said government should be held accountable and answerable for the death of more than 40 people across the country. Govindacharya's notice says "By your action, innocent people are suffering and black money holders are enjoying. More than 40 persons are reported to have lost their lives, while crores are suffering due to the drastic and improper implementation of demonetization. My client hereby demands financial and other compensation to all the victims and poor people, who suffered irreparable loss due to this unplanned measure,"
