Modi effect was clearly seen on 'Saahasame Swasaga Sagipo' collections

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya's Saahasame Swasaga Sagipo movie was released yesterday in Theaters. The film received a mixed response from the audience and has moderate openings at the first-day box office. The film minted 59 lakhs in Nizam, 11 lakhs in Guntur and 19 lakhs in Vizag on the first day of its release, the Total AP/TS collections will be close to 1.9 crores share. It minted $38k from USA Premiers and 14 lakhs share on the first day at Karnataka box office. Overall, moderate openings for the film at box office. We can clearly see the Modi effect on the film, as the Rs.500 and Rs.1000 notes were banned, everyone is struggling with money and hence they didn't show much interest in the film. As the movie has a Solo release, if there is no issue with Demonetisation then clearly the film might have a share of 80 lakhs - 1 crore added to it on first day collections. However, the openings are not too worse and a decent one for Naga Chaitanya's movie. So let's wait and see how much the film collects in its further run at box office.
