Jana Sena announces Telangana unit
Hyderabad, Nov.6: With an eye on the next general elections in 2019, Jana Sena chief and noted Telugu Actor Pawan Kalyan today took a crucial decision to strengthen his party in Telangana. He reportedly appointed Telangana unit leaders who are expected to take the party activities into the people. The Jana Sena, which recently got recognition as a political party by the Election Commission, has on Sunday announced three members to steer Telangana unit, B Mahender Reddy, V Shankar Goud and Hari Prasad. While Shankar Goud is in charge of Telangana State unit, Mahender Reddy will coordinate the party affairs and Hari Prasad will look into media affairs and publicity. Pawan Kalyan is to announce AP unit leaders soon; it is learnt. Pawan Kalyan is weighing pros and cons of the present political situation in Andhra Pradesh and wants to make it to active politics.
