Senior leader Dadi Veerabhadra Rao shared vintage moments regarding NTR and ANR relationship in an interview given to media channel. "NTR-ANR had rivalry, but it was strictly confined to the profession" Dadi said. When, Cine Industry facilitated NTR after becoming Chief Minister in the elections held in 1994, ANR didn’t turn up for the event because of reason that he was not invited by NTR. In that period, Dadi was working as Ministry of Cinematography and he informed ANR regarding NTR unhappiness towards his absence in the event. “ANR said that he will meet NTR. The same was communicated to NTR and he immediately ranged to ANR. Then, NTR informed ANR to meet in the next day breakfast. In the session, they both remembered the days when they came to Chennai with bare foot and travelled long distances without bicycle. The legendary actors share wonderful bonding.” Dadi said.
