Jagan participates in Rottela Panduga at Bara Shahid Darga
Nellore, Oct.14: YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday offered special prayers at Bara Shahid Darga here. Party activists and a large number of people welcomed Jagan at Renigunta airport. Jagan reached Nellore by road from Renigunta. Jagan, accompanied by party activists and other leaders, offered special prayers at Barah Shahid Dargah. Later, he participated in “Rottela Panduga” and exchanged Rottelu in Swarnala lake here. People thronged Barah Shahid Dargah as part of annual Rottela festival. Over one lakh people celebrate Rottela festival by exchanging bread (locally called Rottelu) made of wheat flour in a symbolic exchange of life's pains and pleasures. The fete began on Wednesday and will continue till Sunday.
