Houses for Hyderabad & Warangal scribes in first phase
Warangal, Oct.9: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today reiterated that his government would construct free housing facility for the journalists in Hyderabad and Warangal in the first phase.
Talking to media persons at TRS Rajya Sabha MP Captain Lakshmikantha Rao’s residence in Warangal city on Sunday after presenting a golden crown to Goddess Bhadrakali, the Chief Minister said in one or one-and-a-half month the government would begin the process of providing housing facility to the journalists.
On double bedroom houses or the place to be given to the journalists, he sought to know whether the land was pooled up in Warangal. “We will see whether we can give the houses or land to the scribes”, the Chief Minister maintained.
When scribes asked, KCR recalled that he had already promised to provide houses to them and will take steps in 30 to 45 days after Districts Reorganization process was over. KCR also said he would personally look into the issue and the journalists need not worry about that, he added.
