Addanki MLA offers to vacate seat for Lokesh

Hyderabad, Sept.9: Addanki MLA Gottipati Ravikumar today offered to resign from his seat if Nara Lokesh, TDP youth leader and son of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, wanted to contest election for becoming a minister in the State cabinet. Speaking to the media today, Gottipati said Lokesh should be inducted in the cabinet for which he should contest election from Addanki Assembly constituency. He said if Lokesh wants to contest election from Addanki, he will ensure his landslide victory. Lokesh’s victory would not only bring prosperity to Addanki, but it would also help the faster development of Prakasam district, he added. It may be mentioned here that some TDP MLAs have recently expressed support for induction of Lokesh into the AP cabinet, and some others opined that he should be given a responsibility in the Union cabinet. All these leaders offered to resign from their seats to pave the way for Lokesh Naidu to contest the election.
