Jana Reddy flays CM for failing to honor his promises
Hyderabad, Sept.3: Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader K Jana Reddy has alleged that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao failed to fulfill the assurances made during the elections.
Jana Reddy visited the two-day hunger strike camp of Gadwal MLA DK Aruna and former PCC Chief Ponnala Laxmaiah on Saturday demanding Gadwal and Janagama districts respectively. Speaking on this occasion, Jana Reddy alleged that KG-to-PG scheme is not in sight yet. The assurance on Double Bedroom House Scheme, 12 % reservations for Minorities were not fulfilled. The government was confusing the people in the name of districts reorganization, he asserted.
Calling upon the youth to develop the attitude of questioning the government, he maintained that the Congress party was pulling up the government on behalf of the people. The people would teach a fitting lesson to the government in an appropriate time, he warned and opined that the new districts would be created basing on the facilities and historical background.
