APUWJ Gives call for State-wide protests Spl Status

Hyderabad, Aug.10: Andhra Pradesh Union of Working Journalists (APUWJ) has given a call to all its units to organize ‘Protest demonstrations’ state-wide, on August 13, on the issue of Special category status to the State. In a press release here today, Nalli Dharma Rao, President and IV Subba Rao, General Secretary, said that all the units should organise an innovative type of demonstrations along with dharnas and dheekshas. They said that the second phase of their protest programme would be announced on success of the present programme.
