Stone Laid for TTD Balaji Temple at Jubilee Hills

Hyderabad, Aug.10: Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman Chadalavada Krishna Murthy on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, to be built at Jubilee Hills here. TTD Board members K Raghavendra Rao (renowned Film Director), Arikela Narsa Reddy, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and Chinthala Ramachandra Reddy, were among those who attended the programme. Online Booking of Sudarshan Tokens, Cottages in City Devotees of Lord Sri Venkateswara, who wish to visit Tirumala, can have their Sudarshan tokens and rooms booked online at the local TTD office, Sri Balaji Bhavan, Himayathnagar here. The office will function from 9 am to 12 noon and 2 to 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 9 am to 12 noon and 2 to 5 pm on Weekdays. Every Tuesday is a holiday for the office. The local TTD is conducting Sri Venkateswara Swamy Kalyanothsavam at the temple at Balaji Bhavan, Himayathnagar here, at 10 am on every Sunday. The participation fee is Rs.400.
