30 fasting students held at Telangana Study Circle

Some 30 students of the Telangana Study Circle that prepares students to competitive examinations went on a hunger strike on Thursday, protesting that the training period was not sufficient for their preparation. A dozen students locked themselves up in their rooms. The police intervened and arrested the 30 students of the circle located in Banajara Hills. Earlier, Political JAC chairman went to the circle and talked to the students. He agreed with the students demands which were just. But the police came and arrested the students. As a result, there was tension at the circle.
