AAP Mann alcohol issue raised by Speaker Sumitra

AAP MP Bhagwan Mann says he met Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Friday and apologised for the video risking Parliament security. Is that good enough? The Speaker says, no. Mann, speaking to reporters outside Parliament House said, "I met Speaker Madam. I told her that I must be given an opportunity to explain. My intention wasn't to risk security of Parliament. My intention was not to put security of the parliament at threat. I promise not to make this mistake again. I don't come to Parliament drunk. The BJP should worry about security of Dalits." Speaker Sumitra Mahajan says, "When he (Bhagwant Mann) met me, he said he's ready to apologise, but this issue isn't something that can be resolved by mere apology. All Parliament members are agitated, issue won't be resolved by a simple apology. It's a matter of the security of Parliament. It's a serious issue. I'm talking to everyone on what action should be taken. I've got complaints about Mann's alcohol issue."
