When Swati murderer wept for the crime

Techie Swati's father in Chennai became uncontrollable with emotion as he came face to face with the Nungambakkam murderer accused Ramkumar on Tuesday. As Ramkumar was brought in for a polygraph test to the Chennai Magistrate's court, he was face to face with Swati's father. The emotional father in a confrontational mood asked accused Ramkumar, `Why did you kill my baby whom I brought up showering all love? You only killed my daughter.' As he set out to attack Ramkumar, he was stopped. `Why did you kill my daughter?' the plaintive question of father made those in the premises very sad. The father broke down. He then said, `By killing my daughter, you are not the one to receive punishment for the crime, it is me who is suffering.' At this, strangely, even murderer Ramkumar broke down.
