Idea mobiles go silent in Telugu States

The Idea mobile network collapsed in the Telugu States on Saturday morning. When the angry users tried to contact the customer care of their service provider from other phones, there was no response because the whole network had collapsed. The cause of the Idea collapse is not known. However, it is learnt that their engineers were trying to restore the network. Idea is a leading provider of mobile services that had introduced 4G offers.
