Srinivas vows to raise voice of TS in Rajya Sabha

D Srinivas and Captain Lakshmikanth Rao today took over as Rajya Sabha Members of the TRS in Delhi. Speaking to media persons later, Srinivas extended thanks to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for offering him the MP position and promised to raise the state issues in Parliament. `I will talk to the Centre and raise the voice of the state on the speedy disposal of the issues,' he said. He also said that he would follow the diktats of KCR for transforming the state into golden Telangana. `I will move forward to discharge duties as per the ideals of our Chief Minister,' Srinivas stated. He also clarified he joined the TRS for the various welfare schemes and development programmes taken up by the KCR government.
