Undavalli Arun Kumar calls on Mudragada

Former Congress MP Undavalli Arun Kumar called on Kapu supremo, Mudragada Padmanabham, at his Kirlampudi residence on Tuesday to enquire about the health of the Kapu leader who fasted for 13 days. They discussed issues for 1 hour. Reports say Mudragada told the former MP about the harsh treatment meted out to him and his family members during the fast. Arun Kumar also belongs to East Godavari district. He was a friend of former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, whom Mudragada considers `god.' Arun Kumar enquired separately about the health of Mudragada's wife, daughter-in-law and brother-in-law's wife who all fasted. Arun Kumar and the Congress are in no position to influence the matters in Coastal Andhra. Arun Kumar made a courtesy call.
