TTD hands over Rs 20 crore cheque to TMC for water supply

The temple management of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has paid Rs.20 crore to the Tirupati Municipal Corporation(TMC) towards the supply of water to the TTD. The TTD EO, Dr D Sambasiva Rao, handed over the cheque for the same to TMC Commissioner Vinay Chand in his chambers in the TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Saturday. Later he directed the TTD Tirupati JEO, P Bhaskar, and TMC Commissioner Vinay Chand to sort out the issues of payments taking the legal opinion in an amicable manner. CE Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO O Balaji and Estates Officer Balakrishna were present.
