Fisheries 60 staff shift to Amaravati, stand first
Fisheries is the first department of the AP government that shifted to Amaravati, Deputy Chief Minister Chinarajappa announced on Thursday.
He opened the Fisheries office at Penamaluru. speaking on the occasion, he said all department heads would arrive in Amaravati in 10 days. Then the staff would follow.
The Fisheries had a staff of 60 in Hyderabad.
He said the Agriculture Office of the government would start in Guntur on June 25.
He announced that the State government would celebrate the coming Full Moon Day on a grand scale. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu would attend the programme that would be organised in West Godavari district.
