Mudragada Padmanabham agrees to medical tests

Kapu supremo Mudragada Padmanabham has agreed to medical tests being conducted on him in order to restore him back to good health, according to MLA Akula Satyanarayana. Speaking in Rajahmundry, Satyanarayana revealed on Wednesday that he along with Kapu Joint Action Committee leaders had several rounds of talks with Mudragada. The fasting leader relented when he was told that the government would examine bail for the 17 arrested persons and halt to the CB-CID probe into the Tuni violence. Satyanarayana hoped that in a day or two there would be clarity on the issue of Mudragada's fast. Mudragada and his family members had gone on fast demanding the release of those arrested in connection with Tuni violence.
