None can halt TS irrigation projects, not even Babu: Harish Rao
Major Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao on Tuesday came down heavily on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for writing to the Central leaders against irrigation projects in Telangana. Did he (Babu) not write letters to the Centre to halt Telangana irrigation projects? he questioned. Harish, who opened Mission Kakatiya works at Kadipikonda in Hanamkonda, stated it would be impossible for anyone to halt Telangana projects. He reminded that it was during the Babu regime that GOs were issued on the Kaleshwaram and Dindi projects. Babu is not sincere, and this is well known to the people of Telangana, he added. He hinted to the Andhra leaders to stop interfering with Telangana projects. They are unnecessarily bringing in controversy over the projects.
